Not only did the manager lie and mislead me multiple times, but when I asked for compensation for the damage his workers caused, he blocked my number and refused to take any responsibility. When I addressed the damage, he deflected, claiming it was ‘the workers’ fault, not his’ (which is ironic, considering the workers represent his company) and dismissed it by saying we didn’t pay for insurance—even though legally they should have insurance regardless. They were over three hours late, left us scrambling to adjust our plans, and demonstrated nothing but a total lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company if they value honesty and reliability.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a horrible experience with this removalist! The drivers arrived 3 hours late and added stress to what was already a stressful day to begin with. Once we called the manager, he claimed it was due to a road accident. When I asked the actual drivers why they were late, they said they were stuck with another job. The manager is a compulsive liar. They damaged the apartment floorboards once they arrived at the destination, and when I asked for compensation or for them to use their insurance to cover the damages the manager swore at me over the phone and said its not his problem. He also blocked all our numbers. They are not taking any accountability for the damages they caused and now we are out of pocket to cover the costs. I am leaving a picture of the removalists here in case the manager claims that "they never worked with us", because they do this with all negative reviews. What is a shame is that the drivers were actually nice people. However, the manager is a horrible person with a temper and will likely deny everything and avoid taking any responsibility.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
